In a peculiar incident on an Air India Express flight from Kochi to Sharjah, passengers experienced a burning odor inside the aircraft. Reacting to the travelers’ concerns, the crew prudently returned to Kochi for safety reasons.
Upon examining the plane, specialists couldn’t pinpoint any signs of fire or technical glitches. The overpowering scent may have originated from onions or other vegetables stored in the cargo section.
Acknowledging the inconvenience, the airline expressed regret to its patrons and coordinated alternate flights for them to proceed with their trip.
